Executive President of Centre for Bhutan and GNH Studies. I am currently the Executive President, The Centre for Bhutan and GNH Studies since 2008. I worked in the Planning Commission of Bhutan from 1989 to 1998. I joined the Centre for Bhutan and GNH Studies in 1998. I am currently member of several international boards and working groups including Advisory Board, Wellbeing Research Centre, University of Oxford; Member, Earth Trusteeship Working Group (ETWG) and Member; Global Happiness Council, UAE and World Happiness Report.
